Best Beauty and Personal Care Brands

Beauty products are the best way to take care of those lustrous locks and glowing skin that God has bestowed upon you. But which products to buy might cause you some trouble. Which beauty brands can you rely on, which of these would suit your criteria? These are some of the questions that make you nervous when you are browsing through beauty products online. After thorough research and gathering some feedback we have narrowed down 3 of the best ones for you. These are Kiko Milano, Mac and The Body Shop.

Our list

One of the most frequent doubts is if these products might harm me. These are ‘cosmetics’ per se and have their share of side-effects, right? Don’t worry, we got you. This list has been made to keep in mind that these products are closer to nature, a feature that I myself swear upon!

  1. Kiko Milano

Born in Italy, this brand has spread over 15 countries since its inception in 1997. From skincare products to cosmetics, they have it all.

Kiko Milano stands true to the fashionista element of Italian culture. So much so that they pick up traces of changing culture from the streets while developing their products. So when you apply lipstick from this brand, you get a feeling of Italian la Bella.

But is it worth the talk? Oh sure, it is. Kiko Milano has no match in the cosmetic industry when it comes to affordability meeting quality. I have been purchasing lipsticks, nail paints, eyeliners and what not! Once you start using cosmetics from this brand you get hooked. Who doesn’t want to be associated with a brand based on the most cherished culture of Europe? Well, I am totally in and so will you.

  1. Mac

Well, this one smells like luxury! Mac stands for Make-up Art Cosmetics. Born in Toronto, Canada, Mac is one of the most prominent brands of Estée Lauder. It prides itself for being a trendsetter with a major focus on cosmetics. You can choose a wide range of tons of shades and would never get disappointed! Surely, being sold in 90 countries takes some effort.

My love for Mac began around 5 years back and has been carrying on since. Apart from their good brand image, its products hold superior quality. When you wear lipstick from Mac, you often forget once you put them on! Yes, they don’t need repeated do-overs or get smudged easily. The lipsticks feel so light and natural. If a brand makes you feel confident after applying its products, you know you have got your favourite brand.

  1. The Body Shop

Compared to the above 2, this one is kind of a novice. But it has already created a stake in over 55 markets worldwide. Born in the UK, The Body Shop was a sole endeavour of a British Women looking for some entrepreneurial opportunity. But what made this brand tick, was its basis in going ‘natural’ and ‘organic’, hence being closer to nature.

One might say that the love for everything ‘organic’ is booming nowadays and so I might be a crowd follower, but no! Having used various products ranging from body wash, body creme, shower gel, scrub and face wash, the brand is deemed worthy of praise. It doesn’t only say it’s organic, it makes you feel so.

Since the brand relies on community trade from different parts of the world, you find unique combinations of herbs, some of them you have never even heard of. It feels like travelling the world. So, I have a body wash made from British Roses, my face wash is from Teatree oil from South America and my scrub is from Africa. This ad-mixture of organic stuff from around the world excites me. Believe it or not, this might take an edge over the ‘organic’ element of the brand. So when I take a bath from British Rose, I experience a sensation of travelling to Britain. Do I need to explain more?

In a nutshell, my favourite beauty brands are closer to nature, feel and look natural and take my confidence level to a notch higher. I abide by these 3, for most of the time, because I don’t find myself too explorative in this niche. I stick to the trustworthy brands only, because too much experimentation might not be good here.
